Marinated soft cow's cheese. Rich and creamy soft cow's cheese marinated in cold-pressed British rapeseed oil, black winter truffle and drop of truffle oil.
Graceburn - Truffle
We source our milk from small herds from across the South East. All of our cheeses are made entirely by hand, with as little intervention as possible. After the cheese is formed it undergoes a brining process in much the same way as a traditional feta. The cheese is then removed from the brine and packed into its marinade.
Minimum 2.5 months.
